  • When can I arrive?

    Your room will be ready for you from 16:00. 

  • When do I plan my departure?

    Until 10.30 a.m. we ask you to vacate your room/apartment. THANK YOU. If you need to leave earlier, please contact us. To avoid waiting times at the reception, we ask you to settle your room bill the evening before.

  • Where can I park?

    Parking is available (free of charge). Please follow the parking rules so that all cars have space - thank you.

  • Is there a elevator?

    The rooms are located on the first or second floor and can be reached by stairs. We do not have an elevator.
    If you want a room on the second floor, please let us know already when booking.

  • Where is the own beach?

    In five leisurely minutes walk down the hill you will reach our lake access. Exclusively for our house guests. Lounger and umbrella are already ready. Enjoy the sun on the terrace or find a shady spot in the pavilion. With the yellow pedal boat you can enjoy the lake - only you have to pedal yourself. Stand-up boards can be rented free of charge.

  • Good morning - WUNDER's breakfast "MORGENSTUND"

    Take your time for the perfect start to every vacation day.

    Between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. we will spoil you with our breakfast buffet "MORGENSTUND" with regional delicacies. We serve hot drinks personally to your table - you can lean back. You have special wishes or an intolerance - please let us know when booking - then we can make almost anything possible for you.

  • Is a CARD included?

    The Wörthersee-Plus-Card with over 200 price advantages in the regions of Lake Wörthersee, Klagenfurt and Central Carinthia is included. You will receive your personal card at check-in.

  • Info about the cancellation conditions

    Cancellation conditions

    - until 31 days before arrival - free of charge no cancellation fees
    - up to 15 days before arrival - 40 % of the booking price 
    - up to 7 days before arrival - 70 % of the booking price
    - from 7 days before arrival - 100 % of the booking price
    The same applies in case of early departure, late arrival and no-show.

  • Protect yourself - travel insurance incl. Covid coverage

    To avoid cancellation costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

    We will be happy to take this out for you, i.e. we will take care of all the formalities for you. The premium will then be settled on site with your room bill.   • Should I buy travel insurance?

    Yes - Because something can always happen: In addition to cancellation insurance, Hotelstorno Plus offers additional help and support around your hotel stay - for example, in the event of trip interruption, an involuntary vacation extension or a mountain emergency. We therefore recommend Hotel Cancellation Plus especially for the protection of your hotel stay.
