WUNDER's cancellation conditions 

Up to 15 days before arrival - free of charge
Up to 7 days before arrival - 70 % of the booking price
From 7 days before arrival - 100 % of the booking price - The same applies in the event of late arrival, early departure and no-show.

We recommend a holiday insurance!

In case of cancellation, early departure or delayed arrival the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

Booking cancellations are accepted in writing only.

Further advantages of cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung - YOU have more planning flexibility.

In the event of cancellation, we will convert your deposit into an unlimited value voucher which can be redeemed on a new preferred date.
Cancellations of a winning voucher will result in the loss of the voucher value.
The conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by us.
Insurance must be taken out at the time of booking or 3 days after booking.
Simply instruct us to take out the insurance by e-mail or telephone. We will then send you the insurance policy.

The right of withdrawal according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG does not apply, instead the general terms and conditions for the  Austrian Hotel Association AGBH 2006 

Arrival: your room/apartment is available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please contact us if your arrival is scheduled later than 6 p.m.

Departure: please vacate your apartment by 10.30 a.m.
